idpiframe_initialization_failed: Cookies are not enabled in current environment #21

Unfortunately the Google API JavaScript client is apparently broken by default and Google has no plans to fix it, see google/google-api-javascript-client#260. We need to drop it and implement a "server-side flow" instead.

workaround for anyone who sees this, by the way: allow third-party cookies in Chrome settings, or use Firefox
