测试了下1.1.3的处理时间有点长，我这儿跑了15秒才处理完，但是go-cqhttp的默认超时是时间可能设得短了点因此会报连接超时 |
每个请求发起的默认超时时间都是5秒，15秒确实是超太多了 |

签名服务器如果重启的话，go-cq也是需要重启来重新注册实例才能正常使用 |
