- Clone this repository and open the status.html (or older graphs from the graphs) or just run the main.py script with appropriate packages
- Copy status.html and add the map Taustakartta_8milj to the same folder with the file
This is a network graph to inspect how the Corona infections spread from person to person in Finland. It also includes plots showing the active cases through time by health care district and origin of the infection. This graph uses HS's Corona open data API (https://github.com/HS-Datadesk/koronavirus-avoindata).
Python 3 (tested with 3.6.6)
