The connection from ADF to the JIRA uses API token to authenticate instead of the password and we will need to pass the value of the API token in the password field..

Thanks for this submission to make the docs better, @ahmedmahmoudMSFT. I edited the change slightly to mention that API key is required whenever two-step authentication is enabled on the Atlassian account. Their docs appear to indicate it is required only with two-step authentication though, so I called that out specifically and also mentioned password can still be used otherwise. If this is incorrect please reply here to confirm and I can edit the doc again to correct it if necessary.
