notice: support user defined box styles

Since Hugos support for Obsidian styled alerts, an author now can use any arbitrary alert type. Also Obsidian supports far more alert types as the theme wants to support with a matching box style.

So the author needs a way to extend the predefined box styles shipped with the theme.

This will be done by adding a configuration parameter to hugo.toml.
