Each ones could help you to modify Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3

• It is a tool useful to convert *.afl to *.txt and viceversa
  
• An AFL file is an AFS List which cointains names of each file inside of an AFS

• It is a tool which allows managing AFS files
  
• It tries to be the spiritual successor of AFSExplorer v3.7 but in a better way
  (Just to be clear, without CRASHES!)

• It is a plugin for Console Texture Plugin v1.0b which search for Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 3's textures
  
• It searches for textures inside a file and if it succeeds it creates the corresponding .ini that contains info about the textures which could be loaded from Console Texture Plugin v1.0b
