Link to the book

One place for summarized and organized learning for quick, self-purpose reviews. Contains data analysis and bioinformatics tools explanation and notes from undertaken courses. The site was created with Jupyter Books.

image Conda: Installation of miniconda3, set-up, quick reminder of usage and a cheatsheet.
image Git: Installation, basic usage and a cheatsheet.
image Linux: Installation of Windows Subsystem for Linux (WSL), also place for notes about fixes for incompatibility issues.
image Bash: Quick cheatsheet for learning by heart most important functions. For bash-based RNA-seq data processing see below.
image R stack: Currently used R set-up for proteomic data analysis with summary of packages usage and troubleshooting incompatibilities.
