A standalone GUI for controlling a Pulse Pal pulse generator written in python.

1. Create a python environment using requirements.txt
2. activate the environment and run the GUI:

python PulsePalGUI.py --port <SERIAL PORT>

The custom pulses are not implemented yet

scientific_spinbox.py is from pyqt-labutils
