A simple command line tool which allows one to convert DNA code sequences to the different RNA sequences

[Make sure to download the .zip file from github or git clone it and extract it to your home directory]

• Installation
  • cd GCTU---Genetic-code-translation-utility-master
  • sudo sh install.sh

When using GCTU you have to put the string of nucleotides in one long strand instead of spacing it out into codons, hope you enjoy using GCTU!
