19, studying Product Design and Technology at Loughborough University
- One of my biggest coding project to date is my Phaser Space Invader game that I made for my Computer Science A-Level. It's a 2D Space Game using Webpack and Typescript, which allows for modern programming practices and faster, better structured development of the game.
- I am learing how to use React with Typescript to be able to make my own website from scratch, and will be hosting it via Vercel. I chose Typescript as it is type safe and allows for easier development of my website compared to javascript (though they are very similar). I am using TSX components for any reapeating code and this creates a higher performing and more optimised website that doesn't contain lots of repeat code.
- I have also been part of the Greenpower Greencar Project, which has brought me lots of knowledge and experience making and engineering an electric racecar for my school, and having a ton of fun working on it. I'm currently working on making a custom motor controller and ECU for the car, to be able to collect data on track and to be able to have full control over the motor.
