Fixes release version auto-increment (sample run here).
Since the release workflow is configured to run on push to
master, merging this PR will cause a new release. If adevelopbranch is created, I can re-create this PR against it. That would allow releases to be triggered only when mergingdevelop->masterrather than each time a PR is merged into this repo.
