Custom Node Js App that hits shop endpoint when oauth flow is complete.

Spin up an ngrok tunnel on port 3000 (the code in Index.js is pointing at port 3000) and away you go.

Authorise the app on the prefered store by opening browser and pasting https:///shopify?shop= ... (minus the https://).

When redirect uri has been hit after oauth, you'll then see shop data returned.
