After running "make dist", openct/README is not found in the distribution. To fix the problem, openct/README is added to EXTRA_DIST in src/Makefile.am.

The file openct/README was not included in the generated .tar.bz2 archive. This file is only used for information and documentation. Thanks to Godfrey Chung for the bug report #20
