Adding support for F1 Games on all three dashboards

In addition, new features were added specifically to F1:

• Radar (Left/Right MFM)
• Gforce Meter (Left/Right MFM)
• Animated Map (Left/Right MFM)
• Sector Colors (Left/Right MFM)
• Stint Counter (Left/Right MFM)
• F1 Car Damage (Left/Right MFM)
• ERS % (Center/all)
• Launch mode (Center/all)
• Ahead/Behind Gap (Center/Race)
• Surface color indicator (Environment)
• More Vehicle Settings (Vehicle Settings)
• OT, DRS, PIT lim and BOX indicators (Functions)
• PIT Rejoin and PIT TIME (Alerts)
• SC, VSC, Stay positive (Flags)
• Weather Forecast (replaces the wind on the Map screen)
• Fix the empty rows at the relative widget

Notes:

• No additional plugin is required, but if the GarySwallow plugin is installed, the sector purple color will be displayed as well
• Note: New Outlines were added for F1 for the additional vehicle settings
