Help! I can’t renew my loop #2167
Comments
I’m sorry you thought deleting everything was a solution. The Issues are for reporting issues or feature requests about the code. For build help, your options are zulipchat or facebook. You can’t add the app again because it already exists. https://loopkit.github.io/loopdocs/gh-actions/gh-first-time/#find-my-loop https://loopkit.github.io/loopdocs/gh-actions/gh-update/#how-to-update-or-rebuild |
Thank you so much for replying. Is it possible to rebuild the loop again? I
don't know the next step.

Yes it is. First link tells you how to restore the app. Second link is steps to update. Follow them. Third links tells you options for getting additional build help if you have more issues. |
I followed these links by all day. I tried them over and over. I still
can't complete the app.
I am sure I added in app group

When I am trying to remove the first identifier (loop), it fails and
said 'appears
to be in use by the App Store, not able to remove".

fail to load certificates

Thank you so much for your time and help. I am so nervous.

The loop was expired this morning. I tired to renew it by watching the tutorial on YouTube which is not working. Fail to build loop.
Then, I tried to delete everything (inc. my apps, my github account, identifiers in apple developer) and want to rebuild the loop again. However, I can’t even pass the “certificate part”. I guess it’s because of I can’t add apps with correct “bundle id”. I can’t choose “loop” as bundle id even I had added the identifiers in apps group.
What should I do? Any solution to solve it? Or I need to buy a new apple developer account and create everything again.
