Recovery Startup AP Data and other smaller things

This is supposed to be the final PR from me before I dive into the new builder code (finally, for the third time).

Changes here:

• that memstream thing we discussed with @vit9696 recently, a gross-yet-working hack to not copy the memory around for Kaitai-based parsers.
• support for Recovery Startup AP Data array inside non-empty padding files, that we need for proper PEI volume modifications later.
• a fix for a rather stupid crash in case there are no valid entries in ME FPT header.
• support for marking all 16 known AMI ROM Hole files as Fixed, is also required for proper volume modification later.
