Building:
    - Requires PHP 5.3 or later
    - You will need libicu and a PHP development environment (php5-dev on Debian/Ubuntu)
    - After that: phpize; ./configure --enable-unicodestring; make; sudo make install
    - Add "extension=unicodestring.so" to php.ini
    - Restart PHP
    - Pray

Constructors:
    new unicodestring\UString()
        empty string

    new unicodestring\UString(string $string, string $charset = 'UTF-8')
        assumes UTF-8

Casting to string results in a UTF-8 string.

Array access accesses individual codepoints.
