Not sure what the future of these packages will be but this is the state at which they were merged and work pretty robustly so they probably deserve a proper version.

@StefanKarpinski what do I do with the rename for already tagged versions of dependent packages? Do I just delete them?

Should leave these out there and mark them as only compatible with julia 0.2? Or should we just get rid of them altogether?

It's not like they're incompatible with 0.3.

No they're not, but that would kind of lead to confusion. On the other hand, nobody really needs this REPL and maintaining multiple version is a pain so maybe deletion would be easiest.

I'd be pretty strongly favour in a max Julia 0.2 cap.
