Parses files for IP V4 IP addresses and outputs to text file. Useage ip_parser.sh -i input file -o output file -d delimeter (delimeter can be set to 1 for ',' 2 for ', ' 3 for new line)

Example output -d 1: 3.136.0.0,52.94.248.192,3.5.144.0,52.94.248.112,

Example output -d 2 234.73.120, 44.234.90.252, 54.190.198.32, 54.244.46.0,
