Adds a specific icon for asset folders that end with a tilde
~. These folders are not imported into the asset database, but can still be very useful, e.g. theDocumentation~folder inside packages.This PR will also change the behaviour for builtin packages/modules. Previously, the contents of the builtin package folders was only shown if "show hidden items" was enabled. Now, if a package has interesting content (i.e. anything other than
package.jsonor.icon.png) it will be shown by default.
