I am currently a research assistant in computation biology at the Center for Public Health Genomics at University of Virginia. Previously I interned at Stanford, UFL, and Alibaba Cloud. I am working on deep learning and GenAI for biological discovery, especially for epigenomics, DNA sequence, protein, single cell, and RNA.
