环境：Ubantu 16, NDK14, Librtmp

在ijkplayer原项目所使用的ffmpeg基础上添加了对RTMP，HTTPS协议的扩展支持( 即添加了Openssl库和librtmp库的支持)，使其能正常解析播放携带参数的RTMP和HTTPS的 URL,项目可直接导入AndroidStudio,ijkplayer-example部分为项目主工程，其余的都是依赖工程。
