This repository includes scripts created for the consolidation and analyses of data from the 1,000 Plants (1KP) project [1, 2].

1. Command-line script to scan reference-names.tsv and nucleotides.fa within clade-organized species folders. Consolidates Clade, Species, 1KP ID, Assembly Number, GenInfo ID, Source, and Sequence information into .csv files based on gene copy numbers (0, 1, or more).
