The structurer is a web interface that let's you divide medical texts into sections and extract named entities. It does by utilising LLM calls.

You can find the app hosted here.

Getting Started

Clone the repo.

Run yarn Then yarn run dev

Open http:https://localhost:3000 with your browser to see the result.

This get's the frontend running. The backend is provided in this repo:
