Add eid-ee cask

This imports eid-ee (Electronic identity card software for Estonia) cask from homebrew-cask-eid (with history).

Could not comment because all commenting is locked:

We’ve archived the repo, and as such are not taking eid casks again.

looks like have to maintain own tap then: glensc/homebrew-tap#3

however, is there some automation out there that creates those commits like these?

• Update eid-ee to 18.2.0.1778 …
• Update eid-ee to 18.6.0.1791 …

cask-repair, but you’d need to customise it to your repo; I don’t intend to add support for third-party repos.
