Why is my worker in 'maitenance' and how do I fix it?

Update: I have managed to clear maintenance mode using a Kobold, so my worker is happily creating kudos for me again, so sort-of-solved. I still don't know how it got that way though. Perhaps I set max power too high.

I am getting messages when I start the Horde (edited list).

 Error downloading sdxllightning8step_363353.safetensors. CivitAI appears to be redirecting us to a login page. Aborting

...

VRAM heavy models detected. Target RAM overhead set to 20GB. This may cause the worker to run differently than expected.

Then it puts me into 'maintenance mode' and nothing works after that.

• have pulled from the repo and run update-runtime.sh ; that did not fix anything.
• Also I have explicitly disabled sdxllightning8step_363353.safetensors but it tries to load it anyway.
• Also I 'only' have 12GB of VRAM and 64GB of RAM; is that not enough?.
• also I have disabled Civitai.

Everything was working previously.

Please advise.

Edit: to add the specific message that I am getting:

Maintenance mode activated because worker is dropping too many jobs.Please investigate if your performance has been impacted and consider reducing your max_power or your max_threads

I have max_power set to 16 and max_threads to 1. Also safety_on_gpu to false.

KoboldAI Lite + AI + Manage My Workers and uncheck the maintenance box.
