xStarTrekDoor, xPoweredStarTrekDoor

  • Unused
  • Don't handle multiplayer synch correctly
  • Superceeded by xHighLevelStartTrekDoor

xDialogClothingBB

  • Unused clothing blackbar from Choru

Remove defunct star trek door scripts.

Both of these scripts are unused and are superceeded by
xHighLevelStarTrekDoor. Therefore, we cull them to reduce our
maintenance burden.
