Fix linux release build if bluetooth is unavailable

App not working on iOS. Installs successfully but crashes while loading/starting.

Problem seems like it can't locate the "libssl.1.0.0.dylib or libcrypto.1.0.0.dylib" which has an install path set to the source directory (for ex: /Users/governikus/AusweisApp2/..) and the app naturally can't find this path and the library in the iOS device during run time and crashes.

dyld: Library not loaded: /Users/example/AusweisApp2/build/openssl64-prefix/tmp/lib/libssl.1.0.0.dylib

Thanks for your feedback! But your report is not related to this PR. :-)

The current version 1.12.x does not officially support iOS. The sources contains a "technology preview" only. So you need to wait for one of the next major updates.

When can i expect support/release for iOS in near future? or a quick fix for my issue would be an awesome favour.
