AlexaApiAiBridge does not currently work with dialogflow API v2 #10

We need to support dialogflow API v2 for AlexaApiAiBridge. I have created a pull request for the same and tagged to this defect.

Thanks for the contribution! You are right, we need to add support for API v2, I'll check the PR 👍
