This PR does three small things:

By popular request, the "References" section of the default Word reports are now bulleted by default and left-aligned to make the bullet points look nicer (as opposed to Justified).
Added success messages to bulk domain/server imports so you know something actually happened.
Added /app to the PYTHONPATH in the Docker container so Django tools like django-admin will work properly in Production for making backups of data and other such things.
