The Game of Life, also known simply as Life, is a cellular automaton devised by the British mathematician John Horton Conway in 1970

Implementation done within the course of the subject "Parallel Systems" during the summer of 2016-2017 by our team:

Compile

Before executing anything compile with:
$ make	

Run

Serial: 
$ ./golSerial

MPI(w/ reduction): 
$ mpiexec -f machines -n <Processes> ./golMpi

OpenMP(w/o reduction): 
$ mpiexec -f machines -n <Processes> ./golOpenMP

Cuda(w/o reduction): 
$ ./golCuda
