Joaquim was unhappy with how some options were documented in spectrum1d, gmt2kml, and grdimage. I could not find the problem in grd2kml.

Fixes GenericMappingTools#33 A lot of users are having issues with mixing defaults and conda-forge packages and conflicting versions of GMT and its dependencies. Installing in a blank conda env fixes a lot of these problems (see GenericMappingTools#30 and GenericMappingTools#32).
