Description of proposed changes

We now have weekly GMT builds from conda-forge. This PR adds instructions for how to install them using conda.

Looks good, we still need to finalize conda-forge/gmt-feedstock#100 though. At the moment it's just me pretending to be a bot and manually triggering it every week or two.

Should have brought this up in the meeting just now, but could we set up a bot account to handle the auth token stuff? I could do it but haven't got admin permissions to the gmt organization.
