A note of debug work
$ sudo apt install git
In the gazebo_world_materials, copy the "my_ground_plane" to ~/.gazebo/models folder.
$ update-alternatives --list python
show all the version.
$ sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python python /usr/bin/python2.7 1
$ sudo update-alternatives --install /usr/bin/python python /usr/bin/python3.6 2
set the priority of different versions.
$ sudo update-alternatives --config python
$ pip3 install rospkg
/opt/ros/melodic/lib/python2.7/dist-packages/ /usr/local/lib/python3.6/dist-packages/ .local/lib/python2.7/site-packages .local/lib/python3.6/site-packages
$ pip install defusedxml
or
$ sudo apt-get install python-defusedxml

boost is in "/usr/include", but Cmake try to find boost in "/usr/local/include" Go there and copy it to:
$ sudo cp -r boost /usr/local/include
