Bug fixes:

• Use datetime module instead of python-dateutil
• Generate tmp directory using tempfile module

• Fixed including deleted annotations in results
• Added sorting by location of the annotation in the book
• Added chapter headings and creation dates in generated markdown files

New flags (--sort, --headings) are disabled by default for pinotate.py, but enabled for pinotate-gui.py
