fixed blocked loading mixed active content #2491

When running https and doing a lookup:

Blocked loading mixed active content "https://api.geneontology.org/api/search/entity/autocomplete/blah?rows=40&prefix=GO&category=biological%20process"

Hopefully a simple metadata tag will fix this.

the GO API is actually https compliant. the other links are not, but don't need to be. That being said, it looks like some of the links were broken
