GM: Remove support for GM #152

No one uses GM cars anyway. Too much work to support them. alright i've got work to do -

In fact, many GM car owners in Korea are using frogpilot. If you think you are uncomfortable, please fork yourself, delete it, and use it.

Many people use GM cars, and the community is active. There is no reason to remove GM support.

If you don't like GM, make your own deleted fork and ride it alone. The number of psychopaths has really increased.
