Welcome to the "A Hitchhiker's Guide to Token Engineering" wiki!

This wiki is mainly about the process of crowdsourcing and -funding the first book on Token Engineering: It focuses on explaining the structure for your contributions, and how SourceCred helps accounting for the value created and minting of a social currency that helps representing the value accrual and coordination of open source collaborations.

Most probably this is also the place where we will explain and update the token model that builds on a synthesis of SourceCred and Commons Stack’s Augmented Bonding Curve. We assume you already had a look and know about the content of the book, and are now curious what output/outcome is aimed for, what is the process, and how you can contribute to it.

We are also experimenting with variations to Creative Commons, that fosters sharing and caring for digital & knowledge commons, commons-based peer production that can take care of its participants, by means of "fractal valuation" (wait for Chapter 3!).
