Laravel Debugbar integration plugin for OctoberCMS.

• git clone into /plugins/flynsarmy/debugbar folder.
• In /plugins/flynsarmy/debugbar folder run composer install. This will take a while.
• Log out and back in.
• Optionally update /app/config/packages/barryvdh/laravel-debugbar/config.php.

• Set app/config/app.php debug line to true.
• Add dump(some_var) to your twig code.
