I think we can do better, we can update piv-go so that ykman uses the stored key itself. |

I found myself wanting to be able to get the management key to be able to change pin retries etc in ykman, but couldn't find an obvious way to do so with existing tools, so I added a simple function and flag to do so.
Feel free to close if this is out of scope or poorly thought through! :)
