@digicali do you remember, or have a record of, what the error was? This might represent larger issue with themes folder when updating MSM sites, because there might be multiple themes folder to update |
I was just a message that a file was missing and I was why?
Then I realized that I was not on the main website.

When you are on a multi sites, the check for new versions should only works on the primary site.
I was trying to update eecms while browsing a sub site and saw the red alert to update.
I tried to update but it was always returning an error.
it's when I realized I was not on the primary website.
