feat: add real time playing script

This PR adds a proof of concept script for playing turn-by-turn with aria model.

To try, run the following (currently only works on mac, tested on m1 max):

git clone https://github.com/maxreciprocate/aria.git -b add-real-time-playing
cd aria
pip install -e .
cd aria
python play_real_time.py
