Hello. I would like to point out that ISO 639-1 states that lower case letters are used for countrylanguage codes. Typically, many other projects use a dot/underscore as a separator in filenames, i.e. README.pt.md, README_pt.md.

Fixed the name of the README file added to 'README_pt.md', adapting to ISO 639-1.
