Uses various DNSBLs to check the submitter's IP and prevent shortening URLs if any malicious activity has been detected.

1. Fetch/pull/download the repo
2. Copy the folder dnsbl into YOURLS_ABSPATH/user/plugins where YOURLS_ABSPATH is the location your YOURLS install is located in.
3. Activate plugin on administrator interface.
4. If all goes well, the plugin creates the appropriate table in the YOURLS database and everything is ready to roll!
