What problem does this feature solve

目前快捷键功能是无效的。查看源码得知该功能未完成。默认的功能设置中

有兴趣的同学可以完善一下该功能

What does the proposed API look like

快捷键有默认的按键，自定义的可以通过自定义工具栏设置。不需要新的API
