- (External) Move all data files to data.world repository (https://data.world/data4democracy/drug-spending)
- Remove data/ directory
- Correct notebook code to work with data.world as a source
* Initial draft of datacentral overview

* Add data dictionary template and update README for /data

* Edit process to reflect new labeling capability at data.world, and remove requirement to label fields on data.world; instead, link to data dictionary in description. Add DD template link.

* Further honing of steps to contribute. Clean up headers for datasets that can't be queried.
I hope this is better- I'll work on a dictionary as soon as I get a chance.
Update /data/README.md with info for drug manufacturer data.
