App setting to automatically check for updates

Describe the feature you're requesting.
Currently, the application will automatically check for a new editor version on startup. Previously, same would be for JSON schemas but that was changed to be manually initiated via the Check for Updates button on the top right corner of the screen. Reason being that local changes to the schemas would constantly get overwritten and be a nuisance to other hud-developers.

The task here is to add a toggle to the drop down options panel to allow the user to decide whether schema updates are done automatically (default) or manually (by clicking the update button like it is now).
