Install IPP
--------------
download IPP from intel site and install it

IPP is free software, you need not install intel c++ compiler to install ipp.

Build lz4 link with IPP
-----------------------
1. get patch for lz4 source code
   the patch located in ipp installed component :

   #ls /opt/intel/ipp/components/
   components_and_examples_and.tgz  components_and_examples_lin_iss.tgz  components_and_examples_lin_ps.tgz

   after install ipp, you need unarchive these .tgz.

  then the patch file located in :

  #ls /opt/intel/ipp/components/components/interfaces/ipp_lz4/
  lz4-1.7.5.patch  lz4-1.8.1.2.patch  readme.html

2. download lz4 source code with target version (either 1.7.5 or 1.8.1.2 are valid)

3. patch the lz4 code:
   change into lz4 source code dir, then execute:
   patch -p1 < /opt/intel/ipp/components/components/interfaces/ipp_lz4/lz4-1.7.5.patch

4. build the lz4 library and executable:

   source /opt/intel/compilers_and_libraries_<version.update.build>/linux/ipp/bin/ippvars.sh intel64
   export CFLAGS="-O3 -DWITH_IPP -I$IPPROOT/include"
   make WITH_IPP=yes ARCH=intel64

Build JNI binding

   cd jni && make
