This contains a number of fixes and corrections:

• Corrected several significant errors where the GET commands were wrong
• Fixed a type-o to clarify the POST command requires an API key #8
• Added links to the API endpoints for clarity #7
• Contains minor formatting fixes #9
• Added other grammatical fixes and improve formatted of the underlying Markdown for some tables.

Cleaned-up grammer and missing links. Fixed several issues in the repository that prevented proper deployment and display of the final website. No changes were made to the API specification itself.

This code was used for the initial redeployment of the Open311 docs on the redesigned dev.cityofchicago.org website.
