This repo contains code for a small example and for reproducting Columns 2 and 4 of Table 1 in

Shizhe Chen, Ali Shojaie, and Daniela M. Witten. Network reconstruction from high-dimensional ordinary differential equations. Journal of the American Statistical Association (to appear), 2017

For the example, run './Example/Example.R'. To reproduce the simulation, run './Table_1/Proposed_PS.R' and './Table_1/Proposed_PS100.R' with different random seeds. Then run './Table_1/GetTable.R' to summarize the result. The data sets are from DREAM5 challenge, and are available upon request.
